WHY PEOPLE USE FLYING HIGH

When you use a personal trainer with Flying High, you will tap into a resource that is committed to your success because we know how it feels to be where you are. You will access in-depth knowledge and EXPERIENCE to help you to achieve the body and energy levels of your dreams.

At Flying High, you will not be asked to do anything that you do not like to do, you will not be put onto a "diet" or any other fads that simply do not work. We will show you that exercise can be fun and we will incorporate many things that you already do in your life into your activity programme.

So many people talk about making changes to their body but few actually put anything into action. Have you ever made a new years resolution to become fitter and healthier? did you actually do anything? If so, for how long?

For most people, they never achieve it because sometimes we all need SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT and GUIDANCE. When you have a Personal Trainer you get all of that AND MORE. Your progress is assessed and measured every SIX WEEKS so that you can feel AND SEE the changes! Can you imagine how empowering that can be?

How Will my trainer work with me?

Your trainer is committed to your success because when you succeed so do we. You are the result of our work and we are the result of yours. For that reason, we do everything that can be done to manage your state so that you give your best.
Because we offer coaching and PT combined, you can only succeed in achieving your goals.
When you start your programme, you will work one to one with your trainer at a venue of your choice (ask for details of options). You will receive supportive text messages and emails to check in on your progress over time and you will receive ongoing fitness assessments so that you can see and celebrate the improvements you are making.




How Does it Work

First of all, we will check that you are fit and able to conduct a full range and intensity of exercises by completing a simple questionnaire about your health and exercise history.
Once complete we will conduct a comprehensive fitness assessment to establish exactly where you are now. This allows us to plan a tailored activity programme just for YOU!

Taking into account you goals, we will plan a programme for you that will involve at least one, 1-to-1 training sessions per week with your trainer and some by yourself. You will be encouraged to take responsibility for your own motivation and activity.

You can choose to undergo a three, six or twelve months programme. You will have additional fitness assessments as you go through your programme so that you can see and feel the changes you are making to you energy, health and fitness levels.



Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment is fun and provides very important information about your body and how healthy and efficient it is before we start. Every journey has a starting point and a destination, these figures provide us with the starting point and a reference by which to measure your success and improvement over time.

Your assessments may include your:

Blood Pressure
Cardiorespiratory fitness - VO2MAX
Body Mass Index
Flexibility
Strength & Endurance


Flying High Intensity Training

For the more experienced athletes, we can also offer a twelve week "high Intensity" programme which involves pushing your personal limits just that little bit further. Contact us for more information.
